What is the Phillies Winter Banquet?

The annual Phillies Winter Banquet presented by Coca-Cola, Air Products and Service Electric is IronPigs Charities’ flagship event. All of the money raised benefits IronPigs Charities, a non-profit organization supporting educational and recreational opportunities for children in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. The main program for Phillies Winter Banquet features players and personnel from the Philadelphia Phillies and includes a dinner, silent auction and a program featuring special Phillies VIPs.

Thursday, January 18, 2018 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Where is the 2018 Phillies Winter Banquet?

The Sands Events Center in Bethlehem. For detailed directions, click here. The state-of-the-art Sands Bethlehem Events Center, a spacious 50,000 square foot venue, opened in 2012 on the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem campus and has already hosted a wide array of premier musical acts, comedians and sporting events. The events center is directly located adjacent to the Sands Hotel.  

Where do I park?

Winter Banquet attendees may enter at any of the Sands Boulevard entrances off 3rd Street and follow the signs directing you to the rear of the hotel. Parking is complimentary. 

What is the cost to attend?

Tickets are $80 per person, $150 per couple or $725 for a table of ten. Tickets include a dinner and a drink ticket. (Purchase tickets here)

What VIPs from the Philadelphia Phillies will be in attendance?

New IronPigs Manager Gary Jones will be joined by new Phillies Manager Gabe Kapler and GM Matt Klentak. Phillies players will include Bethlehem native Matt McBride and former IronPigs/current Phillies Nick Williams and Mark Leiter Jr.
